If I could use one word to describe Joanne and our experience in buying and selling our home would be "TERRIFIC". We could not have been more blessed to have Joanne as our agent for not only selling our home, but also closing on our new home. She provided us tools in a binder to utilize as we went through the various stages of buying and selling our home. Joanne not only was there for us as we had questions during our buying/selling process, but even after the closing of our new home. We had items that the builder had not completed, but had to proceed with the closing and she followed up with us and the builder to insure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We STRONGLY recommend her and will use her for our future real estate need. THANKS A MILLION Joanne... You are the BEST!!!

We used Joanne when selling our house, and we are glad we did

We used Joanne when selling our house, and we are glad we did. Not only was she an excellent agent, but is now a good friend. (That is beside the point.) Joanne, was very patient with us, even after we backed out and then jumped back in to the selling of our house, at least 2 times. What can I say, we were nervous. She was respectful of our wishes, and was there if we needed her. When we finally jumped back on board on selling our house, she developed a step by step plan on what was going to happen. She put the signs up, did the advertising, brought out her photographer, (who by the way, did an excellent job.) She went with us to look at houses, (MANY TIMES), she sent us listings all the time of houses that we may be interested in, and so on. When we did find a buyer, she made sure the process ran smoothly for us. One of the things we liked about her was that she took the time to draw up the paperwork, and explained in detail what all of it meant, as we read through it. When we did move into our new house, Joanne, spoke to the realtor of the new house and fought for us, as far as what needed to be fixed. She made sure there were deadlines that needed to be met, and she helped us fill out the paperwork. She went to the closing with us, and helped us through the whole process. She was prompt, I may ad, when it came to meetings.. Joanne is a well knowledgeable realtor, who is kind, and patient. She will be on you side, when it comes to getting the most out of your house, weather your selling or buying, she will be with you during the whole process, giving you ideas, encouragement, advise, and praise.
