If I could use one word to describe Joanne and our experience in buying and selling our home would be "TERRIFIC". We could not have been more blessed to have Joanne as our agent for not only selling our home, but also closing on our new home. She provided us tools in a binder to utilize as we went through the various stages of buying and selling our home. Joanne not only was there for us as we had questions during our buying/selling process, but even after the closing of our new home. We had items that the builder had not completed, but had to proceed with the closing and she followed up with us and the builder to insure everything was completed to our satisfaction.
