•Where do I start with our work with Nicole? Not only is she patient, she's knowledgeable and truly looked out for us every step of the way. She kept us in the loop about every step, and there was no guess work (other than dealing with another sellers agent who had questionable motives) The seller's agent we purchased from was so unprofessional , tried to sneak things into our contracts we hadn't agreed on, was calling Nicole at 11 at night to change things. And she was a trooper about dealing with him, and found everything in the contract that was wrong and wasn't going to roll over and take any crap from the seller. Thankfully by the end, we ended up with a beautiful home because of Nicole. I'm forever grateful for her, and there should be no question when using her!
