•When I met with Chrissy, I explained everything that I would like to have happen during the course of my transaction and she was not only very friendly, she agreed. This was important to me because I wanted to work _with_ someone and not just have someone dictate how things were going to be run. More importantly, she was able to _do_ all those things, in addition to all the things that she knows how to do in order so house. Long story short, we got $30,000 over what we were asking due to her skills. As we went along, I had plenty of questions and she was always very happy to answer them while being kind & compassionate. I’m sure she’s answered his questions 100 times before but I never got a hint of bored I’m more bothered from her. In fact, the opposite. She’s a great realtor and I look forward to working with her again.
