•We were trying to sell our house fairly quickly and Vicki helped us pinpoint all the things that were necessary to do with the house that would make a difference and those that would not, which sometimes are not that intuitive. She also helped deal with the other realtors and negotiate very well with our best interest in mind what would help sell the house at our price point with as little headache in fixing minor problems with the house. As problems arose, she was able to address them quickly and without much headache. Once the house was under contract, everything went smoothly and quickly and she verified that we got everything that we needed. 10/10 would definitely recommend her for both buying and selling.
