•When we found out that we were having a new baby, we knew we would need to buy a larger home. In order to make that happen we would need to sell our investment properties. We had two problems. First, the investment properties were in California and we live in Washington. Second, we had already put a sizable deposit on a house that was under construction. That’s where Lacy Williams came in. Lacy coordinated with our renters to assess the houses. She came up with a realistic list of necessary repairs/ updates needed. When the renters moved out, Lacy arranged for the work to be done by skilled people for affordable rates. While the work was underway she set up advertising campaigns to gain interest in the houses. Once the houses were market ready Lacy listed them and our Zillow pages went live. Her description of the houses were spot-on and the many photos were gorgeous. She held an open house each opening weekend and we received offers, above the asking price, immediately following! After we accepted an offer, the buyers wanted us to update a bunch of items. Thanks to Lacy’s tough negotiations we came to an agreement that made us and the buyers happy. Lacy followed up during the escrow process to ensure we closed on time. I was worried that we would not be able to sell one of the houses due to it’s location. Lacy’s knowledge of the area combined with her experience and negotiation skills not only sold the home, but did it quickly and at a great price. The second sold just as quickly. Now we are settling into our dream home with our larger family. I would absolutely recommend Lacy Williams for any real estate needs.
