•I can't say enough good things about Jess - she worked with my wife and I find our very first home. It was a long journey since we had a very specific vision and Jess was there every step of the way. She was kind and patient and very knowledgable. Jess understood our needs and vision and was never pushy - she constantly reminded us that we would find our home no matter how long it took. We saw at least 10 houses before finding the one. Once we found our dream home, Jess was quick and efficient. The closing process can be stressful and Jess had all the answers. As first time queer home buyers the process can be super intimidating and scary - Jess made sure my wife and I were well represented, informed and comfortable. She was respectful of my they/them pronouns and I felt very seen from start to finish. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you for everything Jess, we LOVE our home.
My wife and I just bought our first home in Sullivan County with the help of the fabulous Jess Maloney. Since meeting her in late summer 2022 to closing on our home in May 2023 Jess was patient, honest, and the most optimistic agent we could have asked her. We had to deal with drastically changing rates, an accepted offer that upon inspection we realized had a non-existent septic systems, and a very frustrating for sale by owner that did not pan out. Throughout this time—and a very hot market—Jess would not allow us to compromise; you have to love your home she said, not just like it. And its true! Jess understood what we were looking for and encouraged us to hold out for the perfect home. And we got it. We will be recommending her to anyone who will listen.
