Our first home is a dream come true!

I can't say enough good things about Jess - she worked with my wife and I find our very first home. It was a long journey since we had a very specific vision and Jess was there every step of the way. She was kind and patient and very knowledgable. Jess understood our needs and vision and was never pushy - she constantly reminded us that we would find our home no matter how long it took. We saw at least 10 houses before finding the one. Once we found our dream home, Jess was quick and efficient. The closing process can be stressful and Jess had all the answers. As first time queer home buyers the process can be super intimidating and scary - Jess made sure my wife and I were well represented, informed and comfortable. She was respectful of my they/them pronouns and I felt very seen from start to finish. I'd give her 10 stars if I could. Thank you for everything Jess, we LOVE our home.
