•We found what we thought was our dream house. James recommended a great structural engineer who discovered that there were serious issues with the house. We were disappointed but happy not to wind up with a money pit. Then we found an even better house at a better price. James got the offer written right away and we got the house! James then helped us sell our existing home at our asking price, even though it was a challenging sell (backed to street, needed new carpet and improvements). Through it all James was positive, highly professional and efficient. I strongly recommend James Button.
James did a fantastic job helping us through the ordeal of selling and buying a home. When the house we were buying failed the inspection miserably, the contract on our's was withdrawn, we were very distraught. We huddled with James and created a new strategy that had no fewer than 9 offers the next day, including cash offers at our price!! Due to James' knowledge of the industry and savvy suggestions, we were able to not loose the contract on the home we wanted, sell ours at our desired price and close on both on the same day without a hitch. Amazing!!! When it looked like we were going to have to show our home for another 100 times without result and end up loosing the home of our dreams, James came through in a HUGE way!! Thanks again James!!! Kevin and Jordana
