Jackie went above and beyond my expectations for buying and selling. She is wonderful to work with and I got along with her incredibly well. Jackie did a wonderful job of guiding me through the home buying process as an overwhelmed first-time buyer. She helped explain every step so that I understood what was going on. She always answered my questions in a timely and professional manner and was always looking out for my best interest. 5 years later when I decided to sell and buy a new house, there was no question: I was going to work with Jackie. Buying the second house took a long time because I was looking for a very specific combination of things; Jackie was very patient and always willing to set up a showing when I found something I thought might have potential. She never pushed me to make an offer on a house that wouldn't be a great fit and several times we agreed that passing on a house was the best choice. Her attention to detail during a showing is also something that can't be understated. She will notice things that could be an issue and point them out to you, helping you make a better informed decision. With everything going through your mind during a showing, it really helps to have Jackie there to catch the things you miss or aren't thinking about. For selling, it was more of the same high quality work I had come to expect from Jackie. Having never sold a house before, I had new questions that were expertly answered and made me feel confident in my decisions. She did an incredible amount of work to make sure that my house was listed at a reasonable price to sell quickly that I would be happy with. I really liked the feature highlight cards she created for the house to call attention to some of the best features of the house. I've never seen any other house for sale that did that.

We really lucked out with having Jackie in our first home purchase. She never pressured us and truly looked out for us during our home purchase process. Jackie was excellent about following up with the seller and us to make sure things are on task. She was also very flexible and made herself available when looking for homes. Her patience in teaching us the entire process was also very appreciated since this was our first purchase. Jackie has a lot of years of experience and it certainly showed which gave us confidence in purchasing a house through her. It will be no question in who we go to when we decide to sell this house!

Jackie is by far the best real estate agent we have ever had. She knows the market and its fluctuations, and what the best strategy is for selling a home. She is very detail-oriented, but also flexible to what we needed. We had to move out of state while our house was on the market, and Jackie stepped in and took care of everything in our absence. It was such a relief to know she was there and watching over everything. We couldn't have done our move without her help. She got us the best deal and stayed in contact with the buyer's agent the entire time, making sure deadlines were met and nothing fell through the cracks. We are so grateful we chose Jackie as our real estate agent!
