•Karthiga helped us buy our dream home in Berkeley this past July and we couldn't be happier! Once we were ready to move forward with purchasing, she guided us through every step, always a phone call away should we have questions (which we quite often did). Karthiga is extremely knowledgable, trustworthy, professional, and kind. During the process of purchasing our home, we talked with her so often, that once it was over we really missed our daily conversations with her.
