•I contacted Emily to show me a condo in Truro. I did not know her personally, but had followed her postings as she rebuilt her own home in Truro. I could tell she knew her stuff. Subsequently, I have learned that Emily has been selling real estate, not only, on the outer cape, but Boston as well, for over 11 years. Her knowledge is beyond vast. She knows the ins and outs of the outer cape, as well as many of the residents and business owners. Although our interaction began in October, Emily and I have become friends and bonded immediately. Something that doesn't often happen with your realtor. If you are looking to buy or sell in Provincetown, Truro, Wellfleet, or anywhere on the cape, do yourself a favor and contact Emily. You can thank me later.
I thought Emily seemed to have both excellent local knowledge (and relevant contacts) and a really entrepreneurial interest in finding me a property. She smart and easy to deal with. She handled every aspect of the offer and purchase process extremely well. She recommended the other professionals I would need to engage and these proved to be good introductions. Over the course of the process I had the real sense that Emily was looking out for my interests. I found her an engaging and enjoyable perso - fun to chat with - and we have become friends. I dealt closely with Kevin Bazarian, who is wonderful - attentive, professional and kind. I couldn't have been more pleased with the property search, offer and purchase process. It was smooth and efficient. There were no tense moments. in fact it was quite enjoyable. And it found us the perfect property.
