I thought Emily seemed to have both excellent local knowledge (and relevant contacts) and a really entrepreneurial interest in finding me a property. She smart and easy to deal with. She handled every aspect of the offer and purchase process extremely well. She recommended the other professionals I would need to engage and these proved to be good introductions. Over the course of the process I had the real sense that Emily was looking out for my interests. I found her an engaging and enjoyable perso - fun to chat with - and we have become friends. I dealt closely with Kevin Bazarian, who is wonderful - attentive, professional and kind. I couldn't have been more pleased with the property search, offer and purchase process. It was smooth and efficient. There were no tense moments. in fact it was quite enjoyable. And it found us the perfect property.
