•Jordan was exactly what I was looking for in a realtor : skilled, savvy, down-to-earth, realistic, communicative and easy to work with. Every step of the way he was helpful and responsive to my queries and needs. He negotiated well with the sellers' agents, and advised me on strategies to help the deal go through. I was under a bit of time crunch to purchase a home, and Jordan responded in kind: when I texted that a new listing looked interesting, he took the initiative and looked at it within the next few hours. When it looked like the timing of making an offer on my future home was going to fall in the middle of a vacation in Hawaii a week before my daughter's wedding he said "Don't worry, I've got you covered". And indeed he did, scheduling and handling inspections while I was out of town. Knowing that he was on top of things and would clearly let me know my next step while I was in the midst of the wedding was very reassuring. Purchasing my new home was as smooth as it could be with Jordan as my agent. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again to sell it when the time comes.
