Jordan was recommended to me when I was looking to buy my first house in the Glendale/Burbank area. At our first meeting he asked me some basic questions and came back quickly with a lot of listings that met all of my requirements. Jordan made himself available to show me around, including weekends and evenings, to any property that interested me. He is extremely knowledgable about the Glendale/Burbank area and asked all the right questions to the owners. I felt completely comfortable throughout the whole searching process. We checked out a few and landed on a great condo in Glendale, which is where Jordan's work really began — he handled ALL of the paperwork and logistics for me, and made time to call me on a weekly basis to explain to me (a first-time buyer) what was happening, what I had to do (very little), next steps, etc. He laid out the whole process for me and answered every question I had. I felt informed and completely stress-free the entire time. He then worked with the sellers to get me a great deal on the closing costs. Once the sale was wrapped up, Jordan periodically checked in to make sure everything was going well. A few months in, I had to make an expensive, unexpected repair to my home that the home warranty wouldn't cover — I sent Jordan an e-mail asking for advice, and he took matters into his own hands without — Jordan fought the home warranty company for me (pro-bono), and after a few weeks I was able to get fully reimbursed for the repairs. Jordan saved me THOUSANDS of dollars, not because he had to, but because he wanted to. He took care of me throughout the entire buying process and continues to do so. I will be returning to him and recommending him to my friends, without hesitation. He deserves the great reputation that he has!
