•Sally worked with us for the better part of a year searching for a home in Syracuse. We were sooo picky :) and stubborn and unwilling to offer more than what we felt was fair price in this bizarre market. Sally was incredibly patient and simultaneously unwaveringly driven working with us- constantly searching and sending us potential candidates, quickly learning what we were looking for (even if we didn’t fully know ourselves!), dropping everything to go to a viewing with us, and so supportive of us whether we decided to offer on the house or (more often) decided not to. Sally is funny and kind and positive and steady. She has so much knowledge of the Syracuse area and connections across the gamut of housing and contracting work, and she’s a sharp advisor when it comes to putting together an offer. More than anything, she encouraged us to trust our gut - and every time we ultimately went with what we felt was right. We just closed on our dream house amicably and under asking! We feel so good and happy and so grateful to have worked with Sally who we trust and like so much! Thank you so much Sally we are so grateful for all your hard work and help.
Jeff is an amazing agent. He takes the time to listen to all concerns and explains how best to prepare a house for viewing. He provides resources such as painters and talented contractors who can make repairs and refinish floors, for example. Jeff was easy to work with and was always available for consultation. Our house sold within one week due in a large part to his efforts. Jeff was easy to speak to - not demanding or pushy. We had a great experience.
