•Monte was recommended to us by a good friend when we had a desire to move to the Flathead valley. Being new to the Flathead valley and Montana, Monte provided information about all the cities/towns, recreational aspects of the area, the culture, etc. He listened to us in regards to our home wants and needs as well as our price range and showed us real estate that fit within what we were looking for and our price range. He did not waste our time with properties that were outside our price range or did not meet our criteria. He was also flexible and patient with us as we got to know and understand the valley better as well as the housing market and what was realistic within our price range. We found a neighborhood that we liked and our new home as well. When we hear of people who desire to move to the Flathead valley we share with them Monte's contact information because we know that they will be treated well, they will be listened to in regards to their housing wants and needs, and they will be shown properties that fit within their budget and not have their time and efforts wasted.
I completely recommend Monte Gilman for any Real Esate needs. He is a phenomenal Realtor and human being. Monte not only has mass experience but he is bright and professional and very thorough. Monte handles no part of the process with half a heart and makes sure every aspect of the transaction is completed with precision. I didn’t give Monte much of a warning to show me property and he had a very complete list and appointments lined up perfectly in the short time I was in town. Further, I have used Monte for a very complicated subdivision that we needed handled in a very short period of time and Monte dominated the scene. He got us exactly what we needed. His efforts and care is incomparable. Monte Gilman is the best and this valley is so fortunate to have him.
