Monte was recommended to us by a good friend when we had a desire to move to the Flathead valley. Being new to the Flathead valley and Montana, Monte provided information about all the cities/towns, recreational aspects of the area, the culture, etc. He listened to us in regards to our home wants and needs as well as our price range and showed us real estate that fit within what we were looking for and our price range. He did not waste our time with properties that were outside our price range or did not meet our criteria. He was also flexible and patient with us as we got to know and understand the valley better as well as the housing market and what was realistic within our price range. We found a neighborhood that we liked and our new home as well.
