•The Gatewoods are simply said..the best agents in the mountain area. Their knowledge of the land is amazing. They walked us through the properties and even helped us to mark off the best site for a house that would give us the best view. This is raw land and we would have had to do a lot of work to figure out the things that the Gatewoods already knew how to do because of their knowledge of Buck Mountain. They never pushed us to make any decisions and no matter how long in between calls..they were always willing to help us. If you choose to work with them, you will not be disappointed.
We couldn't be happier with our experience working with Theresa to sell our land in Wilkes County. Their communication throughout the entire process was outstanding, they kept us informed every step of the way and were always available to answer our questions. What really stood out was their extensive knowledge of the local market. They provided valuable insights that helped us price and position our property effectively. Thanks to their expertise, the entire experience was hassle-free from start to finish. We highly recommend Theresa to anyone looking to buy or sell property in Wilkes County!
