•Cliff was our buyers' agent. When we started the process, I asked my wife to make a list of everything we wanted in a house. After a month, we found a house that met our criteria, but it went under contract before we could put in an offer. He helped us search for months before finding a suitable replacement. When we found the property, the seller's agent was barely competent (significant errors in listing, like the wrong number of bedrooms, or including appliances that the owners didn't want to leave). The contrast in professionalism was obvious, even not having met the other agent, and we felt sorry for Cliff having to deal with her. Cliff walked us through the process and managed the paperwork needed for the contract. He kept following up and helped with negotiating mitigations that the seller had agreed to but didn't do. He also helped post-closing when we discovered damage that had been done after the inspection.
