Ingrid listed and SOLD our home in 9 NINE DAYS!

Our home was in Sun City McDonald Ranch and was a 2/2. There were many other homes for sale in our neighborhood so there was a lot of competition. Ingrid and I discussed the importance of paring down my household contents and staging. Behind the scene preparation went on. Ingrid handled all of the business side while we worked on prepping and staging our home. Ingrid hired a professional photographer (A MUST!!!) to represent our home in the many advertising avenues that she utilized. Once we were ready to hit the MLS all that was left for us to do was sit back and wait. We had showings almost daily and Ingrid was there for every one of them. WITHIN 8 DAYS WE HAD A FULL PRICE $$$$ OFFER!! We have bought and sold any homes and none of them have been this smooth. We highly recommend INGRID NUNEZ. Ingrid is intelligent, driven, easy to work with and ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.
