Our home was in Sun City McDonald Ranch and was a 2/2. There were many other homes for sale in our neighborhood so there was a lot of competition. Ingrid and I discussed the importance of paring down my household contents and staging. Behind the scene preparation went on. Ingrid hired a professional photographer (A MUST!!!) to represent our home in the many advertising avenues that she utilized.
