•Team Copland, What can I say....... Tiffany and Mel crushed it! From start to finish Team Copland was right there with my brother and me working thru the not so easy process of selling our parent's home in the Oakland Hills. The combined number of years of knowledge in the Montclair market made it a "no-brainer" to employ their services. We received an in-depth market study on what to expect for what we would finally take to market. Do nothing and sell it for "X", or complete remodel and sell for "Y"! We opted for some middle ground. With Tiffany & Mel's guidance, we maximized our short term investment, and brought the property to market in a timely manner and had a pile of offers after listing the home for two weeks. Big Kudos & Thanks
