I talked to Britt the Friday after Thanksgiving. He said give me an hour or two I'm closing on a house. I knew this is the guy I needed to help me with the sale of my house. He, his mother and team gave my wife & I guidance through the entire process. They are a good team & honest brokers of your time & space. My only regret is I probably won't get to see them much any more. We met on December 1st, closed on Jan 22nd with a good transaction for my family.
