•Adrianne went above and beyond as our buying agent and I couldn’t praise her more! To start, her communication skills are something to be admired! We were in the process of selling a home out of state and other realtors can be difficult to reach, take too long to respond, or come back with lackluster answers. None of these describe Adrianne! She was always so quick to get back with us and went over the top to answer our questions and ease our concerns. Her honesty and knowledge of the area in conjunction with our “wish list” was so helpful! She was always watching for properties that had potential and was quick to inform us if we “liked” a home that she felt wasn’t a good fit. We trusted her so much so that we put an offer on a home that we HADN’T EVEN SEEN! Moving from out of state and buying a home was difficult, but we trusted her and she did not lead us in the wrong direction. Again, I can’t say enough positive things about Adrianne and Kentucky Select!
