Terry Sullivan led my husband and I down the unfamiliar, unpredictable, emotional road of first time home buying effortlessly. We felt 100% supported, he was in our corner ready to text, email, or call whenever we had a question throughout the entire process. When we were running into an issue with our mortgage company being hard to get a hold of he recommended a list of companies he has worked with in the past. It was the best decision for us as we saved money and overall it made the process much easier. He traveled to every open house with us and expertly pointed out things about the property we would overlook. He always came prepared with comps from the area and current trends in the market. He is professional, responsive, and a true expert in the field. He remains calm under pressure and always has a joke to lighten the mood. He truly treats his clients like family and we will be recommending him to all of our friends and family going forward.

Kathy Sullivan worked with my wife and I in purchasing our first home. We went into the process very naive and walked away from each meeting, open house, or phone conversation with increased knowledge and always feeling 100% supported by Kathy. She was always available whenever we had questions and she really treated us like family. She had our back and went above and beyond for us. She attended every open house we were interested in and pointed out so much about each property we would have overlooked ourselves. She goes above and beyond offering recommendations for everything from mortgage companies to home inspectors and even gave us a contact at the local police department to make moving day run smoother!
