•We first met Jordan in the spring of last year. At that time, we’d been delaying putting our house on the market because we needed to clean it out and repair/ paint etc. Within two weeks, Jordan lined up movers, contractors, gave us reasonable prices and got the ball rolling. During this time, she efficiently and effectively informed us about each step of the process. Within a month, the house was cleaned up, shined up and ready for the market. We now live in Massachusetts so her informative communication was really important and especially helpful. Once on the market, she apprised us of progress and helped us with decisions that needed to be made regarding the selling price. By June, she had several buyers lined up and helped us to get a really great sale. We were not able to get to closing so she facilitated the steps needed to close online. All in all, Jordan was efficient, well organized, knowledgeable, upbeat and a real advocate for us! Thank you
