The day I met Jordan, I was impressed with her. She was very responsive to my needs. My condo was on the market for a year before I met Jordan. She came in and advised me about making some cosmetic changes and even provided me with a good contractor who did a good job at a reasonable cost. She arranged some staging and set up several open houses. She did a fantastic job and sold my place the first day we had an open house. She is very upbeat and certainly focused on selling. She was a delight to work with.

Jordan understood the needs and wants for me while selling and buying. She accomodatted my needs before I could even ask for them. She made the process as simple and easy as could be and if you told me there was someone who could do better id argue that. 11/10 hands down.

She assuaged a cautious first time buyer and with her experience and knowledge we reached a reasonable compromise that got the sale to go through. On a personal level, Jordan is caring and compassionate and a delight to talk to! She is down to earth and humble and she gained our trust from day one.
