She was very knowledgeable about the market, she advised me to put my house on the market a week earlier so that it was not being shown too close to a holiday. She was right and the house sold in three days. Her negotiation skills were honest, knowledgeable, and realistic. There was never a question that she couldn’t answer. She was so knowledgeable about every aspect of selling and buying a home. Her professionalism was admirable. I would recommend Ms. Walker highly to anyone that needed a realtor.

We first met Jordan in the spring of last year. At that time, we’d been delaying putting our house on the market because we needed to clean it out and repair/ paint etc. Within two weeks, Jordan lined up movers, contractors, gave us reasonable prices and got the ball rolling. During this time, she efficiently and effectively informed us about each step of the process. Within a month, the house was cleaned up, shined up and ready for the market. We now live in Massachusetts so her informative communication was really important and especially helpful. Once on the market, she apprised us of progress and helped us with decisions that needed to be made regarding the selling price. By June, she had several buyers lined up and helped us to get a really great sale. We were not able to get to closing so she facilitated the steps needed to close online. The day I met Jordan, I was impressed with her. She was very responsive to my needs. My condo was on the market for a year before I met Jordan. She came in and advised me about making some cosmetic changes and even provided me with a good contractor who did a good job at a reasonable cost.
