•I have worked with Forrest on two transactions. On the seller's end, he was knowledgeable about pricing, marketing, staging, and listing the home. The house was under contract quickly with a well qualified buyer. On the buyer's end, he made himself available on very short notice when I saw a place I wanted to tour and helped me write a winning offer in a multi-offer situation. In both transactions, closing was smooth and well organized. Forrest was very responsive to all my calls and questions and proactively reached out during the process to check in. I'm certain he has multiple clients at a time, yet he has the ability to make you feel as if you are his only priority.
