•Ingrid was an angel sent from heaven. We were first time homeowners with the worst luck. She helped us for over 8 months after we had lost several houses to being outbid. She spent many weekends and hours of her time driving from Virginia to Maryland to find us a house we could call our own. She was very knowledgeable, knew when to tell us her opinion of the house and when we would be over paying for a house. She negotiated very well, especially when it came to some of the repairs from the inspection not being completed properly. I would recommend her to anyone for her hard work and dedication to her clients, we are very grateful to call her our realtor !
