Ingrid was an angel sent from heaven. We were first time homeowners with the worst luck. She helped us for over 8 months after we had lost several houses to being outbid. She spent many weekends and hours of her time driving from Virginia to Maryland to find us a house we could call our own. She was very knowledgeable, knew when to tell us her opinion of the house and when we would be over paying for a house.
