•Doug Lederman had a listing on a home I wanted to see which did not work out. However he contacted me soon afterwards to advise the listing of two more homes in the area. We were out of town lookers for a vacation home and he was always willing to meet with us on our schedule when we could get to see new listings. One was just perfect and we negotiated a perfect price for the home. At closing we were in Europe so Doug acted on our behalf receiving the keys, adjusting the thermostats low for the month we were away and greeting us on return while watering our new garden. He was a perfect agent and I would certainly recommend him highly.
Doug has that amazing combination of local knowledge and ability to match you to the property he shows you. He showed us many options that helped us make our final decision. We would work with Doug again in a heartbeat.
Doug was diligent and attentive. He was very disciplined in holding an open house virtually every Saturday the condo was on the market. While I decided not to sell at the time, I will be contracting his services when I am ready to sell.
