•We couldn’t be happier with the job Christine did selling our condo! She knew how to set up our listing in a way that gathered a lot of interest from potential buyers in a not so great market. She has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable in what she does. She gave us great tips to make our condo more appealing, always kept us in the loop, and responded quickly to our questions and concerns. Despite our condo having high HOA dues and even unusable amenities like the pool and tennis courts, as well as not being able to sell to fha loan borrowers, she still got it sold for more than we were expecting. She made the entire process as smooth and stress-free for us as she could and we know that wasn't easy for her. We highly recommend Christine to anyone looking to buy or sell, she is great at what she does and you won't be disappointed in her work.
