•I was a first time buyer with many questions and concerns. Jeff patiently answered all of my questions and walked me thru the process. Was very proactive getting me all of the info I needed to make a good decision. We looked at many homes together and once I made a decision he closed the deal. I would recommend Jeff to anyone that is looking to buy a home. His professionalism and area knowledge puts him in a class by himself.
I had 3 building lots that were difficult to sell. I had contacted a number of real estate agents who did not offer much hope. I then noticed an ad for Jeff Kram. I was intrigued by his ad which stated he is “the hardest man in real estate” I found him to be knowledgeable, friendly and up for the challenge to help. Within 3 weeks we had a buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Jeff’s services again.
