Sharon was very personable, knowledgeable of the market, and asked a lot of great questions to understand the history and features of our property. She walked most of the property (39 acres) with us on her first visit and brought on a fantastic photographer to capture both the cabin and the land in her marketing materials. Her communications with us were great throughout, keeping us apprised of our property's initial level of interest, the number of scheduled tours, and any potential offers. Despite it being a rural property with a creek crossing that is only accessible by a footbridge several months of the year, we had several offers within the first two months. Once we did have offers, she was instrumental in helping us vet their level of interest and ability to follow through, including securing a back-up offer. Our only regret was that we should have listed it at a slightly higher price. Lastly, while this may not be as important to many sellers, our cabin was especially dear to us. It was our first major purchase as a couple more than 30 years earlier, and both of our children spent some of their happiest moments growing up there. Sharon got that from the start and understood how hard it was for us to sell from the moment we met. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to others as a good person and as a great realtor. Sharon is a very dedicated and knowledgeable real estate professional. She is also a very kind and patient person. We had the pleasure of working with her to buy our first house.
