•Being the first time home buyers, let alone in this very competitive market, Michelle was a big help in helping us buy. When we were looking, she did very well at explaining about the different things we should look for in a house, while still catering to what we wanted to hopefully find. After we got an offer accepted, her checklists and timelines were a huge help in not feeling overwhelmed in the closing process. Explaining everything every step of the way, and if she didn't know the answer she knew exactly who to refer us to. We ended up in a very nice neighborhood and a decent size place without having to stretch our budget to the max (which feels like a miracle in the Portland metro area right now). We were very happy with our experience, and very glad Michelle was who we worked with.
