•I was referred to Lamar by a friend who also works at Keller Williams and very quickly i felt he was trustworthy. The first house i wanted to put in an offer on, Lamar had explained the offer was maybe too high and after which i felt we were on the same team. Working with Lamar was seamless and a comfortable experience! It is an especially difficult task to purchase investment real estate from another state but Lamar was quick to respond and on top of things. He gave a lot of support and buyer confidence and will go the extra mile for you. Lamar also provided many great references like RIA the inspection company that i would eventually use many times as we had looked at many properties. I look forward to working with Lamar again to buy future investment properties!
