•After interviewing several real estate agents, we hired Nancy due to her intimate knowledge of Richmond Annex and her ability to discern which improvements would be worth our investment, and which ones would not. Furthermore, our situation was complex, given that the other seller and I are separated, but she navigated the situation like a pro. As we prepared the house for sale, she communicated with us in a timely manner, took our calls when there were hiccups, and did a great job fixing up the house for sale. Once it came time to review offers and select a buyer, she was tremendous. She and Jack Burley did a great job organizing all of the offers into a spreadsheet which made it easy to decide which offer to accept. When our sale hit a bump towards the close of escrow, Nancy came to the rescue to assure our buyer and their agent that we were going to close nearly on time, and ultimately we closed on time anyway. I can't recommend Nancy enough! She was a pleasure to work with.
