•When we were relocated to Seattle area 6 years ago, we went through 3 agents referred by the relocation company. None of them offered an expertise other than showing us houses in our price range. Then my husband's coworker recommended Steve. He heard our criteria and told us names of several neighborhoods in Bellevue. We found a perfect house almost in a week. He researched the seller's situation and made a great deal for us to buy that house. 6 years later we contacted him for selling the same house as we got relocated to TX. Same again. He sold our house in a week with a very good deal. Steve is not a type who diligently brings you here and there for showings, but he listens to clients' criteria and knows exactly what they are looking for. More importantly, I'd say his real expertise is a strong negotiation skill as he proved through our experience of his service. I'd definitely use his service again if we move back to Seattle area.
