Sheri Li

Our time with Sheri as our agent was invaluable. She was very knowledgeable of the area we were looking, of the process, and enjoyed sharing tips and ideas on how to improve a property if necessary. We never felt as though we were guiding her to properties, she came every weekend with an itinerary of wonderful homes to tour and was quick to learn what we liked and disliked. When it came time to submit an offer, she walked us through every step and form, and took the time to answer any questions we had without ever making us feel dumb for asking or not understanding something. She also made sure to check in with us during times when we were just waiting to hear back. Sheri found areas where she could negotiate credits or the price, and we felt as though she had our interests in mind during the entire process. She also checked in with the mortgage lender just to make sure everything was on track and everything was received. All in all, Sheri was patient, very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable of every step of the way. She was a very strong advocate for us as the buyers, without her, I don't know if we would be a home we love.

I have always been sceptical about a buying agents ability to add value for a buyer. In my mind, using a buying agent meant that now I have two agents trying to sell me a home (lol) as they both stand to gain when the sale closes. My wife and I cannot say enough good things about Sheri Li. She patiently showed us many homes when the market was rising so fast in 2017 and early 2018. We walked away from a few deals that she worked so hard on because the price was getting away from us and we didn't want to get over-extended. Sheri understood and never pressured us to buy. This past fall, we found an older home that was in need of many repairs and upgrades. There were a lot of difficulties with the foundation and sewer that we never would have even discovered were it not for Sheri's experience, knowledge of building and most of all her integrity. She tirelessy and successfully negotiated fair concessions from the seller for the very real problems that existed with the home. Sheri understands and studies the market in real time. Her passion for that is evident in all interactions with her. She has an open mind, is willing to be challenged and works tirelessy to achive a fair price. I would not hesitate to recommend Sheri to anyone interested in buying or selling a home. She truly is the best!
