We began looking for a vacation home online in Florida. When you live on the west coast and you are shopping online for such a big investment, you must fully trust the team you are working with. I am such a conservative and take no chances kind of person . We found this amazing team through Yelp. Alice and Sean have been so incredibly wonderful, patient and encouraging during this entire process. They are an amazing team! We felt so incredibly safe working with them. We truly felt had our best interest first and foremost over making a sale. Alice showed us the positives on each property and Sean was detailed in pointing out the concerns of each property. We couldn’t physically be there for many of the showings and for the final walk through of the property we purchased. They sent us detailed videos on each property helping us through this process. If you are in the market for purchasing a home either in the Florida area or from another state, we recommend you choose this amazing team!
