•Most of the time interacting with realtors is a pretty lackluster experience where you're often left trying to understand what value was really provided. But John was truly great. In the competitive market we bought in, John provided real hands-on partnership, with the benefit of his experience, to help us structure our offer to win, which we did. It's also the thoughtful things, like providing HOA covenants for properties we were considering or the time he spent gathering comps. Bottom line for us: we'll be selling two homes now that we've gotten moved in and John is our first choice to represent us. We highly recommend you work with him too!
