•It was a mini miracle what we were able to pull off. My family approached Holly with the goal of each selling their house within a 1-2 week period in order to coordinate a move out of Colorado to Oklahoma. Fortunately, we were able to get about a dozen viewings during the first few days on the market despite all the uncertainty around covid19. While there were some hiccups along the way (some inside and some outside of our control), we were able to work together and meet our goals. She was also able to get us connected with a solid roofer that was able to prioritize our replacement and work with insurance to get almost 2/3 covered.
