•I was very impressed with Joe from the first meeting. He took the time to go through his contract line by line, making sure that I understood everything that was involved. He then stayed in constant contact with me, letting me know at least two or three times a week how things were going. His contractors did a great job of getting the house ready for sale, so much so, that people who had been in the house before Joe's contractors said it didn't even look like the same house. I do not live in maryland, so he staged the house for me, and sent pictures of the "glow up" of both the inside and outside of the property. He did such a great job that we had eight offers within the first week. In a very short amount of time the house was sold at a favorable price and good conditions. I have already recommended Joe to friends of mine that live in Maryland and DC. I cannot express enough gratitude for the way that this sale was handled.
