True superhero

Danielle was referred to us by a good friend. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers, which means we knew NOTHING! We ended up picking a house that was a foreclosure. She got the sellers to agree to all of the health and safety repairs (there was a lot). It was a 5 month process of working with her, and wow was it a process! I cannot say this loud enough.
