•Here's our experience with Marcelo. 1) Answered our questions in details 2) Was always available and just one phone call away 3) Took us to many homes we wanted to see 4) Provided importance guidance through the whole process 5) Very approachable 6) Easy to deal with 7) Finally, he was able to help us buy the HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS. We were not even going to look at the house because it was over budget, but he said he could try to get us a good deal—and he did. The house we ended up BUYING is the HOUSE OF OUR DREAMS and I know it would not be possible without his help. Marcelo was able to strike a deal in which we had a price reduction and did not have to pay one cent in closing costs—16k. I would highly recommend him with no hesitation.
