We bought a house with Tom 4 years ago and had a wonderful experience, so we enlisted his help selling the house 4 years later. He’s knowledgeable about neighborhoods, schools, comps, trends, and everything else. And he’s fun and friendly as well. We’ve moved away from Denver, otherwise we’d happily work with him again.
