Great resource

It was such a pleasure working with Janie. She’s super knowledgeable and resourceful. She understood our likes and dislikes very quickly. We relied and trusted her for advise on everything- from school ratings to remodel ideas to how offers are to be structured. It was a difficult route to homeownership with how Denver market is, however we are finally in OUR home and truly feel it is the best one of homes we had made offers on. Janie is true white glove service- we were out of town and she went in the home after the closing to make sure previous owners left it in the right condition for us and also offered and paid for deep cleaning service as well
