Made buying an out of state property much, much less painful :)

Penny, outside of being such a sincere and kind person, is one of the most communicative and helpful professionals I've ever worked with. She was instrumental in helping us understand the steps and processes needed to secure our property. Her knowledge of the area, the vacation rental market, and current economic trends were invaluable to us.
