•My wife and I recently closed on the purchase of our new condominium. Tom Pitzer of the Schlichter Team represented us, and when he asked us to review our experience, we could not have been happier to do so. From defining our needs, through the search and showings, negotiating the contract with the Seller, and closing, it was a real pleasure working with Tom and his team throughout the process. He even personally removed junk from the unit the Seller had left! Their team uses tech to everyone’s advantage and it's simple and efficient. A big shout-out also to Aramis Askew, the Team's Closing Coordinator, who is as helpful as he is responsive. I am happy to expand personally on any aspect of this review if you contact Tom to arrange a time for us to speak. Good luck – you’ll be in good hands with Tom!
